Résumé :	The model takes account of such thermal phenomena occurring in the sintering process as : moisture transfer, heat exchange and coke breeze combustion. In general, the model is designed for testing the influence of various factors on energy characteristics of the sintering process. The model has been verified on the basis of laboratory test results. Calculations and laboratory test results have been presented with the use of ceramic instead of sinter-mix. Both calculations and test results overlap.
