This note presents a possibility to resolve the heat diffusion equation with non-constant thermal coefficients and with source in the multilayer. The thermal response is analyzed from generalized reflection coefficients of thermal waves. These coefficients are evaluated at each interface. The set of expressions provides a recursive approach. This modelling is used to study the thermal behaviour of a near-field probe whose influence of the sample surface is treated by introducing a thermal coupling coefficient. |
