Résumé :	In Philippines, especially in Leyte, the misuse of pesticides among rice farmers is inevitable and the farmers tend to spray pesticides to keep pests off their rice crops rather than to prevent yield loss. Suc attitudes lead to pesticide misuse so the authors try to analyze the types of chemicals farmers used during the wet season, the pest targets and the timing of sprays to assess misuse to improve current practices.
